The future of business connectivity.

The future of business connectivity.

OUR MANIFESTO

Most people have had some level of frustration with their phone provider at some point.

As business owners and builders, we were sick and tired of coming against sub par ways of setting up connectivity, phone numbers and other telephony tools to help our teams do their jobs.

We’ve all become accustomed to getting what we need, when we need it in our work and personal lives. There is no reason why telecoms should be any different.

Voop was born out of this frustration and the fervent belief that, in the 21st Century, there is a better way…. starting with making employee phone connectivity instant and manageable in a delightful experience.

We are building a full telephony, network and security stack for modern businesses, starting with mobile phone connectivity for employees.

In time, our customers will be able to run any number of telephony, network and business application use cases on our infrastructure. All in a way that is seamless and easy to deploy, adopt and maximise the potential of our customers’ businesses.

Much better than dealing with your big beast telco today.

We’re definitely happy to pile some credit on our friends in telecoms. The telecoms industry is one of the most entrenched technology categories since the earliest days of tech… way before even Venture Capital was a thing. Some of the most transformative technology has emerged from this sector, not least the mobile phone which has changed how we live our daily work and personal lives in more ways than we care to contemplate.

And yet, as a well entrenched industry benefitting from intense regulatory capture all over the world, it’s managed to shield itself from the technology disruption wrought upon other industries by Cloud, SaaS and the mobile economy.

But as the neo-banks of the world like Mercury, Tide and Revolut, have shown, it’s possible to reimagine an old industry stuck in its ways. And that’s what we’re doing to telecoms.

Voop is the world’s first software only B2B neo-telco.
